☕ 1x04 Hell Hath No Fury
Castle says the coffee tastes like "a monkey peed in battery acid." He buys the precinct an espresso machine and Kate totally rejects. He busts in on her using it secretly later on.

Alexis pours Kate a cup of coffee.

☕ 1x09 Little Girl Lost
The first time Castle brings her coffee in the morning. She gives it back to him after a couple sips. (This is also the first episode where we get background into her previous relationships.)

☕ 1x10 A Death in the Family
Kate pours her own coffee while standing next to Castle after Sorenson is shot. There's already some dissonance developing between them re: her relationship with Sorenson and Castle looking into Johanna's murder. She also (allegedly) drinks 9 double espressos while staying up all night working on the case.

☕ 2x11 The Fifth Bullet
Castle spills coffee all over Beckett's shirt.

☕ 2x17 Tick, Tick, Tick
Beckett's filter is broken in her coffee machine; Castle still manages to make her coffee and orders her a new one.

Castle brings Beckett coffee, only to be shot down by the fact that Demming had already beat him to the punch.

☕ 1x22 Food to Die For
Castle is blown off AGAIN when he brings Beckett coffee, only to find her enjoying her morning cup with Demming. Ryan notes that Demming comes by every morning to get his coffee just to have an excuse to see Beckett.

☕ 3x01 A Deadly Affair
Castle brings Beckett coffee to a crime scene but she's already left - so he barters it with a uniform in order to get access to the crime scene.

Beckett brings Castle coffee for the first time in series.  They also hold hands for the first time.

Natalie Rhodes steals Kate's coffee.

☕ 3x15 The Final Nail
After Beckett kicks Castle off of his friend's case, he comes back to ask to work with her again and finds her struggling with the cappuccino machine.  He offers to help but she rejects his offer.

After Kate's showdown in the interrogation room, she's having trouble making her coffee.  Castle finishes it for her.

☕ 4x01 Rise
The first time Castle brings her coffee is after his conversation with Alexis, when he decides he's going to stay with Beckett and keep her away from her mom's murder.

☕ 4x06 Demons
Castle drinks Beckett's coffee.  She tries to make her own cappuccino and, like usual, burns herself.

☕ 4x09 Kill Shot
Castle brings her coffee (decaf) after her flashback in the precinct.  This is the only time in the series she refuses it.

☕ 4x16 Linchpin
Castle bring Sofia and Beckett coffee, conveniently during the conversation where Sofia explains she wishes she hadn't slept with him.  He gives Sofia her cup BEFORE he hands Beckett hers.

☕ 4x20 The Limey
Beckett interrupts Castle making himself coffee to confront him about showing evidence to his flight attendant girlfriend and - possibly - to confront him about her feelings before they are interrupted.  He does not bring her coffee at any  point during the episode.

☕ 4x21 Headhunters
Castle brings her coffee before dropping the bomb that he's leaving her for Detective Slaughter.

☕ 4x22 Undead Again
Castle shows up to the crime scene, and Beckett has brought her own coffee.

☕ 4x23 Always
Castle and Beckett have their usual coffee cups, implying that Castle in fact brought her coffee to the scene that morning.  He is seen bringing her coffee again the next day after she spends the night obsessing over the possible connection between the case and her mother's murder.

☕ 5x01 After the Storm
Only the second time in the series that Kate brings Castle coffee; it is implied that she makes the coffee in his kitchen before bringing it to him after they've slept together for the first time.
